About the workshop

Facilitated by Re-centre’s clinical psychologists, this workshop focuses on creating a greater understanding of grief and loss along with exploring the grief process. This workshop further aims to identify types of losses and ways to skillfully cope with grief and loss.

This workshop concentrates on the meaning and types of loss a person can experience. Participants will gain a greater understanding of grief and the grief process while skillfully identifying and using techniques to cope with grief and loss.

Grief and loss are an inescapable part of the human experience. No one will go through life without having multiple losses. Many may be minor and some will be very significant. The impact of each will vary according to how significant it is to each individual, but all will carry a degree of grief. Attending this workshop can benefit participants to help manage their loss and grief skillfully.

Re-store: Grief and Loss is a two-hour workshop held on Wednesdays. The cost of the workshop is $100 which is inclusive of GST.
