If you are wanting to improve your mental health, learn new skills and build resilience, our group courses and workshops provide a collaborative pathway to do just that in a safe and welcoming space.

Expertly facilitated by our clinical psychologists, we offer a variety of programmes for a variety of topics.

Group learning has many benefits including:

  • Assuring you that you’re not alone, and that others share similar problems and struggles
  • Offering the opportunity to receive support from others, and to give support as well – both are important in treatment
  • Allowing you to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues
  • Sharing your experiences with others who have similar problems is often therapeutic in itself
  • Providing a safety net for anyone who may otherwise be hesitant to discuss their feelings, perceived weaknesses, etc
  • Group learning is also less expensive than personal therapy.
