Facilitated by medical practitioner Dr Zelda Strydom, the “Quitting is for winners” workshop focuses on supporting you in developing a sustainable plan to start off your journey.
This workshop is set over 2 hours and includes a personal workbook to support you on your journey.
The Quitting is for winners workshop covers the following key content areas:
Establishing your why, and identifying your reasons to quit
Developing a trigger action plan
Nicotine replacement and how to use this correctly
Everything you need to know about vaping as a way to quit tobacco
Developing a relapse prevention plan.
At the end of this workshop you will know your triggers, and feel ready to plan your quit journey.
You will be ready to develop your own unique action plan and start your journey towards quitting smoking.
About the workshop
Quitting is for winners is a two hour workshop held on Mondays and Wednesdays. The cost of each workshop is $100 which is inclusive of GST.
